Questions pharmacy owners ask us
Do I need to install anything?
No. The web app runs in any modern browser. For the counter, install the SigaMeds Android app on a tablet — we help you set it up.
Which printers and scanners work?
Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that types into the screen works. Receipts are laid out for 58 mm and 80 mm thermal paper or A4, and print through any printer connected to your computer. Direct Bluetooth and Wi-Fi printing from the tablet is coming soon.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. Each pharmacy's data is kept separate, staff see only what their role allows, and every sensitive action is logged.
Can I move my existing stock and medicine list?
Yes. During onboarding we help you load your medicine master and opening stock — batch, expiry, MRP and quantity — from your current records.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and you can still view and export your data.
Can I add more stores later?
Yes. Upgrade your plan any time and add branches or a warehouse; your existing data stays as it is.
